UNSW, Kensington, tile reinstating and securing – We worked for several months on this large project reinstating tiles and securing tiles over the entire Tyree building.
Sydney Uni recertification and systems audits –Recertifications are required annually and we’ve been certifying a large number of Sydney Uni properties this year. Photos, mark-ups, system audits and certificates are all part of the package.

100kg glass replacement– It’s no easy feat to haul a 100kg piece of glass up a building in the busy CBD district of Sydney but we took on the challenge and successfully completed the job. Making our client– Watpac -very happy.
Height safety installation Sydney Airport–This was our second big project with Adco,designing, installing, and certifying the height safety system for Holiday Express Inn at Sydney airport Height safety installation Orange NSW, Department of Industry–Approached by Adco to tender one of their out-of-town projects we jumped at the opportunity for another height safety design and installation. This project included making access on the roof around large areas of solar panels, installing a roof top hatch with ladders, and platforms to complete the access system.
Height safety installation Lane Cove, NSW–As part of the new Lane Cove shopping complex–Rosenthal-we designed an access system that traversed a feature snake roof.We installed powder coated low pro purlin anchors for discreet access so as to not detract from the architectural design.
Leak investigation and sealing works Citadines, Mascot–This project required substantial leak investigation. As the building was leaking in so many areas. Through diligent sealing works, reporting and water testing we successfully brought this problem under control.
Down pipe gutter replacement-Bondi-Our team got to work fast on this residential building removing, replacing, and installing new gutters and down pipes.
Parliament house Sydney–Teaming up with Maverick Industries, we installed anchors on the roof top of Parliament house and diligently got to work sealing entire areas.
